Made By You...

Sunday, July 8, 2012
I am so thankful for all the kind comments from so many of you.  Thank you for taking the time to give me feedback.  It helps motivate me to keep on creating tutorials and sharing them with you here.  And yesterday, I was super excited and pleasantly surprised that a couple of readers provided links to their versions of the Pocket Capris Tutorial.

Didn't they do a lovely job!?  Thank you so much, ladies, for sharing these.  Such beautiful work!
Don't you love the use of contrasting fabric?

Blogged about by Jo here.

And I just love a rich brown...great fabric choice.  This reader is going to style these with little Mary Jane shoes and a cute top for her 2nd grader.  Can't wait to see a photo of the whole outfit!

Because of these beautiful garments, I decided to make our very own E & E Flickr Group, so if you have made anything using or inspired by the tutorials you've found on my blog, please upload them there.  I'd hate to miss what you've created and would love to feature you!

Elegance & Elephants

Thanks again for all your support.
Looking forward to sharing some more sewing projects with you soon.

  1. I made this free pattern (popover dress) from Oliver + s and I think it will look super cute for the warm weather with my brown pants. http://www.flickr.com/photos/36056480@N03/7555831918/in/photostream/

    thanks Kristen :)
